The Seven Plus is the original Seven plus a longer cutting edge. It's made for leveling wide bases and smoothing flat areas and gentle curves, like the bottom of a platter or the belly of a wide bowl.

It has the same aluminum handle and soft silicone grip as the rest of our classic tools, comfortable through long trimming sessions. Broke a tip? Swap it out and keep trimming.
